one of my most enduring pastimes is high voltage engineering. i've done all sorts of stuff in this domain, mostly revolving around transformer winding and power elecronics, peaking around 2 kW and 70 kV (by my estimation — still have to solder together that probe), mostly before i turned 20 years old… but all that's for another time. everything on this page is just what i've been up to recently. at least for now. maybe i'll get around to documenting all my old projects someday.
